Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship out products from our warehouses in New Jersey. All shipments are made through USPS or UPS. Our goal is to ship your order within 5 business days of placement. You will be notified via email if there is any delay beyond this time frame.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • REQUESTS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 20 BUSINESS DAYS and MUST STILL BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted for all returns. This fee does not apply to exchanges.
  • Credits made for returns include only the cost of the merchandise and tax when applicable.
  • Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded.
  • Clearance items are non-returnable.
